Adults
* In-Home therapy restricted to patients in the San Luis Obispo area. For patients on the central coast but outside of San Luis Obispo, in-home evaluations are offered with virtual follow-ups.
Insurance and Payment
Madeline Pifer Speech Therapy accepts Medicare Part B, and private pay for those under 65 or who do not have traditional Medicare benefits. For private pay clients, a superbill is offered that can be utilized to seek reimbursement from your insurance company for out of network coverage. Speech therapy is also typically covered by an HSA or FSA. Payment is accepted via cash, check, or credit card.
Speech therapy shouldn't be cost prohibitive

Initial phone consultation (15 minutes): $0
New client consultation (adult): $250
Therapy session (in person or virtual): $100
Caregiver coaching session: $75
